What you will have for dinner, which will be arranged mainly in the garden vineyards:

• 5-course appetiser selection with seasonal vegetables, cheeses, and cold cuts. At least three courses were prepared during the cooking lesson
• First course of handmade orecchiette prepared during cooking lesson
• Second course cooked in an authentic wood oven
• Freshly-made sugared almonds prepared during the cooking lesson and homemade liqueurs, including limoncello and nocino
• Tasting of 5 Wines from the vineyard.
